How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 5-10 working days however this does depend on the availability of stock items. New logo orders may take longer due to the setting up process. Please note that during the busy period of the summer holidays deliveries may take longer. Last order dates will be published on the website.
How are my items delivered?

Mountnessing School orders will be delivered to the school reception during term time. We offer free delivery for orders over £60's which will be applied at checkout. If you would like to place an embroidery only order please email us to arrange delivery/collection.
Do we offer an embroidery only service?

Although we are able to supply a wide range clothing, we appreciate that you may wish to have your own items embroidered, so we do offer an embroidery only service. Please email us on enquiries@retailindetail.co.uk for further information and prices.
