Our online payment system is via Stripe. Bank transfer and credit card payments are accepted,

please email us to arrange: enquiries@retailindetail.co.uk. We do not accept American Express.

Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate that sometimes your items do not fit and you wish to exchange them for another size.

Please email us on enquiries@retailindetail.co.uk to arrange replacement items and to organise returns.

Should you wish to return a un-wanted item we are happy to offer a full refund
providing the items are unworn and returned within 30 days of delivery.
